Destinations

If you’re hard-pressed to decide where you want to go, we have our favourites that we thought we’d share with you:

Aberdeen
On one of the southern tips of Hong Kong Island, Aberdeen is the largest satellite town with a population of about sixty thousand. It was a pirates den two centuries ago and later turned into a simple fishing village. In recent years, with local high-rise building developments, Aberdeen has modernized and is now a vibrant waterfront resort.

Bluff Island (Sai Kung)
Adventure your way to Sai Kung’s remote islands. With its sea arches and million year old volcanic caves it’s the perfect place for an adventure, coral dive and a totally unique experience!

Cheung Chau
Like most islands, recreation is easily found on Cheung Chau’s luscious beaches. Two notable highlights include Tung Wan Beach and Kwun Yam Wan Beach. Tung Wan Beach is a surfer and sun worshipper’s paradise featuring lovely cabarets and wonderful tourist residences. Kwan-yin Wan Beach is known for its aquatic sports and recreational areas. Both of these beaches are main tourist attractions who flock here in hordes over summer.

Lamma
Lamma Island lies in the southern part of Hong Kong and is the city's third largest island. With beautiful blue seas, clean beaches and brilliant coastal scenery – nothing can compare. What’s more, as you reach Sok Kwu Wan the delicious aroma of freshly cooked seafood greets you. Renowned for its alfresco dining and spectacular views Sok Kwu Wan is an unbeatable destination.

Repulse Bay
Located in the southern part of Hong Kong Island, Repulse Bay is a spectacular destination found in one of Hong Kong’ s most luxurious residential areas. Its name comes from a 19th century battle in which the British army repulsed attacking pirates. Today it stands as an indulgent relaxation area with a plethora of aquatic activities to choose from.

Stanley
Stanley is situated at the southernmost tip of Hong Kong Island and is renowned amongst tourists and locals alike for its lush scenery. In addition to being a beautiful seaside village, Stanley is also rich in culture and tradition. Pay a visit to Murray House, originally built in 1844, demolished in 1982, rebuilt brick by original brick in 1998 and it now stands as home to several gourmet restaurants and a mini-museum. Stanley is also home to Tin Hau Temple, Stanley Main Beach, St. Stephen’s Beach, Hong Kong’s Military Cemetery and Stanley Market.
