Although it is sunny today out Lantau way, Hong Kong Island and Kowloon is covered in Cloud. Storms are also forecast for tomorrow morning. However after that Sunny Days are forecast all the way.

Unfortunately the coming week is looking a little drab with thunderstorms on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. However this does mean that the temperature will drop below 30 for most days, making outings more comfortable during this period. Hopefully the weather will clear up for the following weekend.

Yet again the forecast for the following week looks delightful. The Hong Kong Observatory has forecast mainly fine, sunny periods until Friday when we may see a few showers. There are currently two Typhoons hovering around the Philippines. Thankfully they are not forecast to approach Hong Kong. Severe Tropical Storm Chan-hom may raise a T1 alert on Thursday the 7th of May, however Hong Kong will feel no effects from the storm.
